Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium usually arrive in 1–3 business days. For other EU countries, delivery can take 3–7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries in Europe. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, send us a message and we’ll look into it.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. We sometimes offer free shipping during promotions  keep an eye on our homepage or newsletter.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package.


Orders

I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can still make changes. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll send another confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. After shipping, you’ll need to request a return.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Send an email to support@[yourdomain].com with your order number. We’ll send you instructions.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. If the size you want is in stock, we’re happy to exchange it. Just send us an email first.


Sizing & Fit

How do your clothes fit?
Most of our streetwear pieces have a relaxed or slightly oversized fit. If you’re between sizes, go for the larger one.

Do you have a size guide?
Yes. You’ll find a size guide on each product page. If you still have questions, send us your height/weight and what size you usually wear — we’ll give personal advice.

What material do you use?
Materials vary per product, but we always aim for comfortable, durable fabrics that hold their shape. Full details are listed on every product page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.

Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Our checkout is SSL-encrypted to keep your information protected.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Popular items are restocked from time to time, but not always. If a size is sold out, you can enter your email on the product page to get notified when it’s back.
